National Realtors Directory hereby sets forth the following terms and conditions which shall govern this Agreement between National Realtors Directory (hereinafter "NRD") and submitters and others (hereinafter "Client") who desire to place a listing in any of it's directories.

These Terms & Conditions were last modified on September 1, 2009.
The length of this Agreement is open ended and starts with the posting of submitter's listing information in one of the directories from National Realtors Directory.
NRD does not charge a fee for site listings in it's service provider directories. It does, however charge a one time non-refundable review fee in the amount of $49.95 for the first listing for reviewing submitter's site in order to verify that it meets the requirements of NRD, and $29.95 for wach additional city listing. Reciept by NRD of said fee (fees) does not guarantee placement of submitter's site listing in an NRD directory and NRD reserves the right to refuse to list any site that does not meet it's requirements. Each listing is restricted to one city. Each additional city requires an additional lesser review fee. There are no additional charges and no yearly renewal charges
All businesses and service providers submitting to this directory must provide services as outlined in the directory. No submissions will be accepted from other directories, affiliate marketers, spam sites, etc.
If a license is required for providing the service offered, the business or provider must be licensed and the license must be active and in good standing.
If a bond or insurance is required for the service being offered, submitter must have a valid current bond or said insurance.
There can be no judgments recorded within the last two years against the business or provider for malpractice, negligence or fraud.
Placement of Client's listing information shall be placed chronologically as submitter's listing, if approved, is approved by NRD.
Client may elect to remove Client's listing information from NRD, however, any review fees that have already been paid are non-refundable.
Client agrees that NRD shall have no liability for the services, data or information provided to the public on the Internet including but not limited to any liability for consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages, regardless of the success or effectiveness of other remedies.
Client agrees that it shall not hold NRD liable for any loss of business, lost opportunity, consequential, indirect, special or incidental damages as a result of any interruption in service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NRD'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL VALUE PAID TO NRD BY CLIENT.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and jurisdiction shall lie within the State of California. CUSTOMER HEREBY CONSENTS TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold NRD harmless in any legal action which arises as a result of Client's use of NRD's services, without limitation or exception including, but not limited to any action brought against Client by a third party.
Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be used to interpret or construe these provisions.
The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be modified at the discretion of NRD with 30 days notice to Client.
This Agreement supersedes all Agreements previously made between the parties pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement. There are no other understandings or Agreements.
Failure to properly notify NRD via e-mail or regular mail of your disagreement with the above terms and conditions will constitute Client's acceptance of same.
