Articles to be listed in the National Realtors Directory are only, if submitted by realtors, real estate agents, brokers and sales people, accepted from people or entities that have a paid listing with our directory. A maximum of five (5) articles may be submitted for each paid listing. We do not charge for listing these articles. Each of these articles will be given it's own web page and be linked to your website description in our directory. Additionally the article pages will each be submitted to the various search engines, directories, ezines and other places that list articles. Note: National Realtors Directory reserves the right to reject any article if it is, in our opinion, not suitable for listing in our directory. Your article (articles) should appear within one to two weeks after your submission. Articles will be kept in our directory as long as there is a valid site listing in our directory linked to the articles. If the website listing expires or is cancelled all article pages and links will be deleted from our directory and all search engine, directory, etc. links to those pages will become invalid. Do not submit articles via e:mail attachments. We do not open attachments, no matter who they are from. Articles may be submitted in the following manner: 1. If the article already appears in your or another website on the internet, send us an E:MAIL providing us with the website address where the article appears and the name or title of the article (articles) you wish listed. We will copy the article (articles) and post it in our directory. Please make sure you provide us with the web address of the site you have listed in our directory. If you fail to do so we will not be able to post your articles as we will not know where to link them. 2. Send the article via regular, not as an attachment, E:MAIL. Make sure you provide us with the web address of the site you have listed in our directory. 3.Fax the article, with a cover sheet giving us the website address listed in our directory, to (323) 259-8867. Note: These articles are listed free as a courtesy to our paid listing clients. This is so that other realtors do not flood the directory with articles, thereby lessening the value and exposure of our paid listing clients. It is important that your articles are relavant to real estate and are suitable for our directory, as we will not call or contact you if the articles are submitted incorrectly or are rejected. Additionally, as these articles are listed for free we will not accept article changes or substitutions after the article has been accepted. Further note: We do list articles for free for non real estate professionals. This is done in order to obtain information for our visitors from the buyer, seller and investor viewpoints.
